Erica the Artist

Following a series of studio drawings and colour studies, this oil painting captures fellow artist Erica in full discussion, surrounded by objects that describe both her artistic practice and my own vision as the painter. A union of artistic perspectives rendered in oil on canvas. Created through careful observation and creative exploration, this work celebrates the dialogue between artists and the shared language of visual creation. Each element within the composition speaks to Erica's passion and practice, while reflecting the interconnected nature of artistic collaboration and mutual inspiration.
